Can anyone hand me a tutorial on making PHP web polls

i really need a standard voting web poll

i think there are PHP or ASP but i have never used either

all the tutorials i find you have to pay for

That uses mySQL and PHP. If you don’t have access to mySQL, you can use a text file to hold the values of the variables.
