can flash replicate the liquify -> pucker and liquify -> bloat photoshop filter tool?
i’ve been doing extensive research on this and haven’t found anything solid.
however i did stumble upon one site that does something similar to the pucker and bloat effect in photoshop:

so basically i would like the ability to import an image and manipulate similar to the putty face link above.
is there any flash documentation in order to achieve such an effect? tutorials perhaps?
any help in order to achieve these desired results will be greatly appreciated.
