Can Images be Loaded/Imbedded in Textboxes?

[FONT=“Times New Roman”][COLOR=“DarkSlateBlue”]Hello all:

Is it possible to create a textbox with a scrollbar that can contain both text and images? Maybe some sort of ActionScript/PHP code that has to do with loading external files that can contain both?

If I were to load it externally, I’d create the file from PS or Fireworks. Otherwise, I’d rather create it all in Flash.
