Can JSFL do this & what keywords should I search for to find a tutorial on this?

I need to automate the conversion of publish settings on a folder full of 1000+ FLAs.
The FLAs are simple animations (no ActionScript) currently set for Flash Player 6 & ActionScript 1.0. I need all of them set for Flash Player 9 & AS 3.0, and then to publish a SWF for each under the updated settings.
