ok, so I create a FLA that has many copes of a movieclip positioned all over the stage–the movieclip itself has AS3 mouse over play–it compiles and works fine. now I copy the file to a thumb drive and when I control,shift,enter to run test it I get the following message
“you cannot debug this swf because it contains no actionscript”
now if I create a new FLA directly to the thumb it also will not work --same error.
now I go thru same procedure from my laptop–same thing cannot use the thumb drive–
now if I access a file created on the pc thru a shared network file it works fine
I must be doing something stupid please help
