Can the width & hieght of the .swf or the stage of the flash can be edited by XML?

Good Day!

I have a problem. and i want an advise if it is possible.

can we set the .swf file or the stage size of the flash thru XML?

example. The wdith = 100 and hieght is 200.

can we wet this size in the XML? How to do that?Im stuck
