I want to know if this can be done in flash.
My client is looking for a flash banner at the top of the page, on each page load the image changes - only on a new page refresh (since it is a blog - would also be on blog post listings) and whilst the user is browsing the site - the flash file is preloading all other images - so when they do visit another page - all the random banners will be loaded in smoothly…
Each banner is around 100-200k png so I thought this would be a better solution.
