Can you help me to make good web banner?

Hi all i want to make good quality web flash banner but my banner is not such good as i or my client want. I ahve been using flash from long time i didn’t get any profer training. Is there any site from where i can get banner .fla file to see how they work. I will learn the best procidure. Please help me if you can.
