Can't find the Set as homepage option?

I am reading chapter two of the Front Page 2002 Beginers Guide and it states that you can choose to set a file as the home page by right clicking your mouse over the file and selecting “Set As Hompage”. I don’t see an option for this in the menu.

Does anyone know anything about this?

That should do the trick. I dunno about doing it front page however, just use the HTML section in FP.
