Capturing mouse wheel functionality. (Focus.)

I’m trying to cause my flash movie with a custom scroller to behave like a typical frame or something - I want it to capture the mousewheel on click. Right now both the Flash movie and the external page scroll, which isn’t really optimal.

Any ideas?
