Cause For Concern?

Meth, it’s his problem.
Wait, what?
When I was around 1 month old I suffered supraventricular tachycardia (SVT). It made me have a heartbeat of 360 beats per minute. Because the “normal” treatment didn’t work they had to use stronger medicine which could have made me go blind etc. Thankfully there is nothing wrong with me due to this. I do believe my mum said my skin was gray when this happened. All the events leading up to me being sent to hospital, would they have not happened when they did I would be dead. E.g where my mum parked, doctor coming out his office when he did etc etc. I guess this does reinforce the need to for me to go to the doctor about what happened the other day, even though if I feel it is nothing.

Mum is gonna call the doctor Monday. So hopefully they will refer me to the hospital or something for checks.

Hmm, I would hope that they find nothing wrong with me and send me home. To each his own.

The thing is I go to the medical centre first but if they wanted to do tests they would have to send me to the hospital, I don’t go straight to the hospital doesn’t work like that in the Army.

Oh, that makes more sense.

Once I tell them what happened and they look into my past, I’m sure they will refer me to the hospital. I’m just curious to what kind of test they will do on me.

Blood tests, heart monitors/ ECG, fitness test, ask about your diet,

epilepsy maybe EKG as it could be mental, but less likely

Having a ECG sometime next week and the doctor I saw said they should check for Wolff-Parkinson-White Syndrome (WPW) . So hopefully all goes well. I shall keep you updated.

dude, doctor. Why ask a forum?

because we all have all seen ER and want to pretend we know stuff:party:

well at least you get to have a rare case… heart arrhythmia is a bracket term

you may very well wind up on drugs for the rest of your life,

^I hope they find nothing. I have to wait for a phone call to tell me when I can do it. I will do the ECG then they will look at the results and go from there.

Na, don’t go to the doctors, just make a thread about it on a Flash forum

Yeah me and lissy can diagnose you better than any of those quacks that have been to med school.

My prognosis is a nasty case of emo!

I’m just yanking your chain, Sebby.

I call Ebola. You heard it here first.

[q]so I put on my helmet and my yellow vest[/q]

The yellow vest is your problem if you would have never put on such a dorky thing in the first place none of this would have ever happened. I suggest getting addicted to some hard drugs, and living life on the edge.

But if I was you I would get a second opinion besides someone like me.

I think you should take the chance.
A real man could just flex his heart into submission if it started acting up again.

****…I’m currently in bed on my laptop watching TV, and all of a sudden I got a fast heartbeat again, not as fast as it was last time but still fast. I woke my mum up so she could feel my beat. I’ve never had this happen this frequent in such a short time.
