Centered pop-up blocked in explorer

I just fixed my site up in flash, and opened with a centered pop-up.
But it doesn’t seem to open in explorer, it does perfectly in Safari (mac). www.wdotp.com
Anybody any ideas how to disarm the pop-up blocker?
