hi, i’m absolutely new in photoshop, have some basic knowledge but i just arrived to the end of my possibilities. would like to change the backgroundcolor of this pic. make it yellow or whatever instead of white… how do i do that?

is it all on the same layer?
If so, you could try to make a color selection and change that color.
selection->color range. Then image->adjustments->Hue/Saturation finaly just make shure you check the “colorize” box and pick your tone
