Change the mouse curser?

hey sorry guys… n00b here, (w00t!) I just wanted to know if it were possible to change the mouse pointer in flash MX… I dont want to make my own mouse curser I just want it to stay the same pointer arrow instead of change to the finger arrow on a button rollover… Can someone help me?
