Changing frame rate of swf file

hi once again,

i’d design a movie a year ago, and now i don’t have fla file but do have swf file. all i wanted to do is to decrease the frame rate. the movie is too fast when it is uploaded in net.
so i want to decrease its speed.
help me…

You can’t. Unless you use a decompiler, but I’m not sure it would work, as I’ve never used one :confused:
