had to tell you guys about this cause in all my days as a web developer I’ve never heard of anything so unprofessional…
an employment agency set me up with a job interview. It was a role working with this company who produce web maps and the like. Anyway the role included ASP (which I’ve done for about 5 years) and JSP (which I’ve never done) but the agency said not to worry they were still interested in me despite this.
so I’m thinking “great, they like my cv and I’ll have the chance to learn JSP and maybe even some Java”
anyway get to the interview and they’d changed the role…I mean completely changed the role. It was now a Flash Developer role 
employment agency was livid when I told them…wasted 2 hours of my time…
this was yesterday and I’m still pretty pissed about it
plus all the time I’d wasted learning the role and the products only to be told, “no roles changed. flash now and you’ll be working with different products than we said”
