Character animation?

Hey guys ive been using flash for almost a year now, and i pretty much know all the stuff, but i cant really do character animation. I dont even really know where to start… ive read some tutorials and theve helped some, but im havin a hard time drawing all the parts, and then animating them (and organizing them!) Im wanting to do something like a disney cartoon or teen titans or whatever… like if yall could help me with how yall do it or yalls workflow,that would be awesome! thanks
