I can’t seem to get video as smooth as i would like them to be. if you go here:

you can see the video im talking about. Im using flash 8’s new video capabilities with the new codec and an external .flv file. It’s not horrible, but still quicktime is much smoother. I really want to get this working well because im working towards integrating all my work into flash. Any tips on how to smooth out the video?
