I like the separations with the content in three rows. I think that’s cool. I also like how your eye is carried downwards through the shift of content boxes (right, left, then right again) Nice work, way to fill up the space. =)
I like your title style… and yes dividing in rows is a different idea…
idk It just seems a little cluttered for me :S
I think one HOT picture of a city would do it
In case you have time to edit, the second box says “… are doing to do to cut rising costs.” Minor typo but otherwise, I like the unique layout.
