Client procedures

Hey boys & girls,

So now I’m trying to get everything more organized, I’ve completed my contract and invoice…

Now for the contract its all the same , the content of the contract doesnt include the price tho, because the contract will be in general, to be used thru out all my clients.

The contract has 2 copy, 1 developer sign, 1 client sign, So once the contract is signed, i’ll issue them an invoice of all the charges.

So my question is, usually I let them sign the contract, and goes back to my state , and prolly fax/mail them the invoice, however i’m unsure if this procedure is correct…

Do i need to include prices in the contract itself? , if yes… Can the price be written such as USD $ _____________ , or it need to be printed out?

And lets say the initial amount if USD $500.00 , after they’ve signed, and requested for additional stuff which maybe cost another USD $200.00, so how do I fit in the USD 200.00 in the contract now?

Just making sure my procedure and contract is in correct form just incase something bad happens and lawsuit will be a good use…
