I am a beginner in programing (in general). Just a little AS3 and AS2.
I have to built a site with a little dynamic areas of updating content.
Can you suggest a CMS or a framework (Django?).
I ll work along with HTML, Css and little Flash.
The server supports asp If that helps…(Windows)
