Since this forum doesn’t have an Electronics forum (get on it kirupa!), I guess I’ll post this here
Anyway, I’m not too familiar with non-PC related electronic…stuff. I’m interested in getting an flat-LCD TV for my dorm, but all of the TV’s I’ve looked at only have component or s-video inputs. Cable TV service comes via a coaxial cable.
What is the best/space-saving way of going from coaxial to component? Is there some kind of a little box I can attach the coaxial to, and have the audio and video outputs plugged in the TV? I searched amazon and couldn’t find one, but then again, I don’t really know what to search for hehe.
Space is a large issue for me, so I am hesitant of having to hook up a VCR or DVD player that contains coaxial inputs just so I can watch the Cartoon Netwo…err the News.
Thanks!
