Can anyone tell me how the numbers of the preloader at the site of the week change color as the line covers them? Is it done using actionscript?

You could do that with a mask moving up and slowly revealing an image with a different color 
you mean if i have the numbers at 5% then is when the mask starts to move depending on the percentage of the status?
