ComboBox buttons load to mc

Hey evrybody. i was wonder if i have a comboBox how do i make it load a movie into an empty mc when the link is selected from the comboBox. I know how to direct it to another URL but how do i keep everything in flash? Hope this makes sense. Thanks for your help.
