I’m pretty new to Flash and recently created complex buttons for a flash movie.
I followed one of the tutorials on this site, but am having trouble getting the new buttons to operate as I’d like.
The buttons are basically movie clips with functions to play on rollover and rewind on rollout.
There is also a function to getURL on release, but what I need is to add a gotoAndPlay (2) function to the button on the main stage.
Seems that if I add the action, it just goes to frame 2 of the movie clip. Is there a way to get these complex buttons to control the main movie timeline??
