I want to create a button(like contact me) in Flash that the user click on and it open up Outlook Express.
How can you do that?

on flash, hit F1. A help page will popup, on search write mailto, hit enter.

Yeah… but remember mailto links open up the default program that the user has set for their e-mail so it won’t always be outlook express.
For AOL users it opens up the Write Mail window in AOL. And some people have their default mail set to hotmail, or another e-mail program.
