Hi guys, I’m a graphic design student but I’m trying to learn a bit of CSS on the side to mess with a friends website. I would “like” to be able to create something similar to www.bittbox.com with the header / links bars a fixed width, centered, but with tileing sides that are able to scale with the browser window.
The rest of the body section for the website would likely be 2 columns with the main text on the left and then another column for thumbnail pictures / small articles.
I would also like the page to be scaleable height wise, a simple white background so no need to worry about image tiling but scaleable from a minimum to however low down it needs to be before it hits the footer.

Everything is open to size adjustments but, yeah thats the rough idea.
I can’t for the life of me figure out what I need to do =(.
