A start-up e-commerce company is looking for a Control Panel Interface design. We need a clean, professional, fun, modern design, geared at small business owners in the Pet Supply industry. What we need:

[]Designs for a navigation bar, CP Header/Info-bar, sub-navigation, content (text/links/images/forms), footer

At this time there is a $100 budget for this project, with a 50% deposit. Please, only serious inquiries from experienced designers. We will absolutely need to see a portfolio and may request a list of references.
Also, we’ll be looking for several template designs for small-to-medium sized Pet Supply stores. We also only need PSDs for these. The start date for this is as of yet indefinite and has a ‘negotiable’ budget. This contract is separate from the above mentioned.
