Controlling Powerpoint with Flash

Does anyone know if there is a way to control powerpoint with flash? I’ve imported an animation in .swf form into powerpoint. I want it to go to the next slide when it is done. I know you can set the timing of the slide in PP, but on slower pc’s the .swf will stall sometimes and take longer to get to the end and the slide will change before the animation is done. Thanks.
