I purchased Macromedia Studio MX 2004 Education Edition last fall when it first came out. I installed it, and everything worked fine. That is until I recently reformatted. You see, Macromedia shipped my serial number on a flimsy paper CD sleeve… Not exactly the easiest thing to keep track of. I can’t find it now, and I need to reactivate my Studio MX 2004. On the box, there is something that says Serial Number and then has a bar code. Is there a way to convert this bar code to the serial number? By scanning it in or something?
I tried contacting Macromedia a few weeks ago, but got no response. If no one knows how to do this, I am going to fax it to them and ask them to.
