is there anyway, something like a small tool, that can convert wav and other sound formats to mp3 on the server so I can load it into Flash? Something that can run in background as a utility and not a GUI application.
I have an application that lets users upload sound files. I want to allow them to upload ALL sound formats. Then, my PHP script could run this program to convert the file to mp3. Then I can load it into Flash externally.
Any advice for me?
