Converting an actual video to a cartoon animation?

Hello, I have a tough challenge for any flash gurus here on this forum, see if you can solve this problem for me. I would be so grateful.

This is a peculiar question because this kind of thing may not be done so often on flash.

Final Result: A cartoon animation of an actual video (A 40 seconds recorded gameplay of a FPS game to be exact).

I am sort of stuck halfway; I already processed all of the frames of the actual video so each frame is a jpeg image. I have about 8000+ of them on a folder which is over 2GB in size.

Now you are all familiar with the Trace Bitmap function of flash? Where it convert a raster graphic into a vector? Yeah I like to do that to all of these 8000 frames and then output the final result as an animation. Much like the trailer for A Scanner Darkly. http://www.apple.com/trailers/warner_independent_pictures/ascannerdarkly/trailer/

OK, NOW on to the real problem. I have a life and things to do, so is there a automated way that flash would place each of these raster images on a keyframe and then apply the Trace Bitmap effect on each of these images?
