The company that designed the web site is www.oringe.com.
They have gone to great lengths to create a tutorial that builds a web site from scratch…AND, they are cool enough to put it in a PDF file so you can download it. You can also view the site they are talking about and I believe it will cover the transitions you are wondering about.
