I have a question for some of you legal buffs. My grandma and grandpa are having their 50th Wedding Anniversary soon, and they want a presentation to show at their party. We’re also thinking about getting some of their wedding pictures reprinted.
These pictures were taken in 1955, in pre-Castro Cuba. Are they still subject to copyright laws? And are those copyrights (still) valid in the United States?
