Hi everyone. I’ve been reading these boards for a few months and I’m just getting started with scripting for Flash. Normally I can fiddle my way through problems and figure out what I did wrong…but this has me baffeled.
I walked through the tutorial for the Date Countdown Timer, however, when I ran the movie, the numbers just cycle from 0-9 in a split sec and then repeat itself over and over.
So I downloaded the actual movie the was put on the forums, and ran JUST that movie on my computer. It worked like it was supposed to. I put EVERYTHING directly into my move…on Frame 1, Scene 1 and it does the same thing my personal one did…just cycles through the number.
Is there something in my movie that I should be looking for that’s causing this problem?
