Create animation on a respond to button click

Hello,
I am new in flash, but I am a web designer. I intend to start build a website using flash. What I need is something like this template

I know how to do the animation, and the design is done, but I do not know how to make the animation to respond to the button click.
Can anyone guide me by steps, or give me a source to be able to do that?
