what i am wanting to do seems so basic, yet i cant figure out how to do it…
i want this flash animation to be a link to another web page…

i followed the tutorial here on how to create a hyperlink, but when i did all that it said, i lost the ability to insert timeline efects, i guess buttons can not have timeline effects?
can someone please tell me how to do this?
