Can anyone explain this about font symbols?

Does this mean I can pick a specified font and make it into a movie, publish it as movie “A”.
Then somehow use movie “A” in movie “B” (another locally stored movie) without having to embed the font or bring the symbol into movie “B”.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
