hi this might seem like a newbie question but i’m really stuck on it.
I was wondering how you can make buttons with words because right now, i can make buttons using circles, squares and everythin but when i try to make buttons with words it doesn’t work. Can someone teach me how? thx

Type some text… select it… insert->convert to symbol… voila…
oh and enter the button and draw a box around the text in the “hit” frame experiment what happens if you don’t…
i’ve tried that but it doesn’t work for some reason…? Do you need to put the box in a different layer?
