Creating dynamic FLV "on the fly"

I was wondering if someone knew of any server side solution for creating dynamically FLVs “on the fly”.

What’s the native file type you are trying to convert into an FLV? Your post really isn’t clear to me, what exactly are you trying to do?

Well I’m not trying to do anything, just wondering if this was possible and how.

I know you want to make flv but from scratch or are you trying to convert something to them?
