Creating dynamic graphs

could anybody help me to create a dynamic graph?
I have a frequency distribution table corresponding to which i have to create a histogram. The activity is that the graph shud show the corresponding variations once the frequency interval is changed…

Any help is highly appreciated.

hey i tried opening the file…Now i get an alert "Error opening the url “(“chart/txt_dow/Last_dow.txt”);” Cant figure out why since i have given the path also correctly.
