Alright, something I’ve been thinking of lately has been whether or not to spice up a resume. I’m not really looking for another job, but there are some very interesting positions I have seen lately. For a web developer/designer, would it be better to send a plain resume (just a word doc) or to spice it up, maybe add some graphics to it. I’m not sure if that will help or hinder my chances. Of course I’ll send them a link to an online protfolio.
