Does anyone know a way to crop video? I am not talking about trimming a video on the timeline - isolating a certain section of time. I am talking about cropping the dimensions of the video the way you would crop a photo in Photoshop.
For instance, you start with a piece of video at 648 x 486 and you only want the portion of the video that displays on the left hand side - 200 x 486, a tall skinny video clip. Is there software that can do this?
