I would like to build a website for local musicians. Mobile phone users could then browse/preview songs and download MP3-files.
my question: is there a way to implement direct (not automatic, security!!) file download for smartphones running iOS, Android, WebOS etc.?
If yes: what kind of framework would I have to use? Sencha, PhoneGap?
