I’ve posted this over at another forum but never got any answer.
Lets say you load in an xml (i am running xampp per default).
This loads in perfectly in flash.
However when you edit the xml and load it back in, the xml hasn’t been updated… UNLESS
you close flash IDE and restart it up. republish your work and now you’ll see the updated XML
Does anyone have the same issue? In this project i am needed to write a wide batch of variables to the xml and load it back in, depending on the user settings. So i don’t really have another way around it. their cms is xml based.
First I thought it was xampp… but its the same thing when I test on my server or disable xampp for testing locally.
If anyone has a fix for this…please do share…
(running flash pro cs5 on windows 7)
The all-so-helpful adobe help simply stated “we are not aware of this issues”…
Its driving me nutters.
