I have a program I have been working on. I upgraded to CS5 from CS4. All of my textfields were messed up, so I replaced them, and embedded the new text I needed to embed. Still, every new field won’t use any regular fonts that Flash has, only the few fonts I embedded. If I try to make an input textField with ARIAL font, I can only type a few letters, and don’t have access to numbers, and some other things. It would be ridiculous to think that because I wanted to embed a few of my own fonts, that now I would have to go in and embed ARIAL, TIMES ROMAN, and all of the regular standard fonts. I hope that is not the case. It is like going from Windows XP to Windows Vista. It was painful, and hope this won’t be a painful process going from CS4 to CS5. Any ideas? Did they accidentally hire apple developers to work in Adobe CS5?
