Working on this:

CSS here:
http://www.morsedesigns.com/bht/settings.css
Naturally, the CSS is valid (http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/validator?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.morsedesigns.com%2Fbht&usermedium=all). However, here is the problem. When the site is viewed in Internet Explorer, everything looks fine, but when it is viewed in FireFox there is an issue. The blue section with the text - in IE, it’s aligned on the left just fine, and the top border works great. But in FF, it is aligned a pixel too far left, and the blue box goes under the header, so you can’t see the top border.
:look: Why?!?
[edit] When previewing in IE straight out of Dreamweaver, the left align looks fine. However, when viewed online with IE, it looks a pixel off. Hence, I can fix this problem, but not the top border one. Any ideas?
