Alright, I’ve been trying to figure this out but I just can’t get it.
Here’s what i’m working on:

now i’m trying to get my borders to look like this:

I did the both pages and I’m trying to conver the Feature.htm into a page that uses CSS. The problem I’m having is trying to get the borders of the div to look like they did when it was a table and that’s just not happening (yes i know the navigation and top two banners are in tables but i can’t change that unfortunately…yet)
any suggestions on how i can do that AND on how i can make the page more functional??
