CSS Column Height/Alignment Problems

Hi,

The page I am working on is:

http://www.belvoirranch.org/resources.php

I can’t get the right side to go to the top of the column like it is on the left side.

Any help would be appreciated. It works in IE 6 and 7, but not FF, Netscape or Opera.
