Is there any way to define 2 borders (inner and outer) in CSS without using 2 DIV’s. A 1 DIV solution would be clean and easily manageable. Here’s an example from www.netvibes.com :
The inner border is a thin blue line and the outer border is a psuedo-drop shadow.
